Meet Justin

I'm the Executive Director of the Wolfe Street Foundation in Little Rock, Arkansas - one of the South's leading Recovery Community Organizations.

Over the past decade, I've been working with nonprofits of all sizes to scale their impact. At Wolfe Street, my team and I have established a statewide network that connects people with recovery housing, peer support, and youth empowerment programs that meet them where they are.

My leadership at Wolfe Street centers on one belief: recovery isn't just about getting better - it's about building a life of purpose, belonging, and growth.

We engage and listen to our neighbors to make sure our programs meet people where they are in communities across Arkansas. My team has grown from two people to nearly 30 - and we're not stopping there!

Peer Support

We work in healthcare, justice, education, and other community settings, leveraging lived experience to bridge gaps in the continuum of care.

Recovery Residences

We brought national standards to Arkansas, launching a housing program that centers dignity, recovery, and connection.

Youth Empowerment

We launched the state's first youth recovery program, integrating prevention and family support for a holistic program grounded in human flourishing.

Spotlight: Lived Experience

"When addiction came for my family, we didn't know what to do - where to turn, who we could talk to about it."

We lost my oldest sister to a drug-related death. We got my middle brother back from methamphetamine. That's my lived experience: a family member speaking up to end the silence, break the stigma, and let others know they're not alone.

Many of my coworkers are family members like me; even more of them are celebrating their own recovery journeys. I'm proud to work alongside them and advocate for our shared community. Lived experience unites us in passion and purpose.

That's why I serve on the Board of Directors for the Arkansas Alliance of Recovery Residences, Arkansas Alliance for Recovery Centered Organizations, and Central Arkansas Harm Reduction. Because we recover best when we recover together.

Work with Me

I partner with mission-driven organizations and philanthropic leaders who want to strengthen communities and maximize impact. Each year, I accept a select number of consultations, keynotes, and workshops focused on helping organizations:

  • Build and Scale Recovery Centered Organizations - from grassroots initiatives to statewide systems of care.

  • Design Sustainable Program and Financial Models - aligning purpose with long-term viability.

  • Develop Youth and Family Engagement Strategies - empowering the next generation through prevention, connection, and leadership.

Other areas of expertise include:

  • Leadership and Culture Development for Nonprofit Teams - building high-trust, values-driven teams that deliver results.

  • Vision and Mission Alignment - clarifying purpose through strategic planning and measurable outcomes.

  • Governance and Executive Partnership - strengthening collaboration between boards and operating leadership.

If your organization - whether you're a start-up nonprofit or a $50M enterprise - is ready to elevate its effectiveness and deepen its community impact, let's explore what's possible together.

And if your philanthropy, foundation, or family office seeks to engage directly with the front lines of community transformation, I welcome conversations that turn intention into impact.
